And last update for today (and probably a while), page 5! Introducing Morwenna, who might be the librarian, and her amazing 3 watches of doom. ^_^
To those who wondered why these three pages look a bit different from the first two, well, I started using three shades of grey marker rather than two, and also, on the first two pages, my markers were low on ink to begin with, and died promptly when asked to color. They died again on page 4, too...I`m going on a marker-hunting expedition later, since the Maxon markers aren`t cutting it. Maybe some Trias or Copics will work better.

Two suggestions on the market problem. As BlueSpade suggests: photoshop. It's not "cheating"... just using an alternate medium for coloring. Or, you may wish to try the good ol' fallback... watercolor and brush. Not only does it cost less, but it gives you a lot more expression. Either way you go, unless you just want to go with monotone, if you're going to tone the entire page you might as well go one step further and add color. Doesn't take long to master and in truth is pretty much as easy as what you've already got. : )
