Song of the Space Turtle

So it's been awhile, but I finally managed to get something done! I'm excited.

I have no idea where the idea for a turtle with a jetpack came from, but I like it. And really, if it gets me to paint I don't care. I've been sorely lacking in motivation for far too long.

This was something of an experiment with inking; I've been wanting to get more variation of line, so this was actually inked with a rather small brush instead of microns. I like the effect, so I'll probably be playing around with the technique some more in the future.
